These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ho777 platform, including the website at ho777.pro, all associated mobile interfaces, games, sportsbook services, live casino features, and any promotional content issued by ho777. Access to and use of ho777's services is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on ho777. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any funds therein may be forfeited pending investigation.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

• Account Transfers: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your ho777 account or any credits, rewards, or bonuses associated with it to any other person.

ho777 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time for the purposes of fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, or responsible gaming obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

All financial transactions on ho777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the ho777 platform:

• Accepted Payment Methods: ho777 accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at ho777's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit via JazzCash or EasyPaisa is PKR 200. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is PKR 1,000.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals from verified accounts are processed within 1–4 hours during normal operating hours. ho777 reserves the right to extend this timeframe during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Only real-money funds that have cleared wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• Anti-Money Laundering: ho777 is obligated to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits that are withdrawn without sufficient gaming activity may be subject to investigation. ho777 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation before processing large withdrawals.

ho777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion, you agree to the following general terms and any specific terms communicated in the promotional materials:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.

All content available on the ho777 platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and audio-visual content, is the exclusive intellectual property of ho777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ho777's platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ho777 content without prior written authorisation.

The ho777 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are proprietary trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of ho777's trademarks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ho777 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of ho777's platform, even if ho777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether planned or unplanned, including downtime during scheduled maintenance or caused by circumstances outside ho777's reasonable control (including but not limited to force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or denial-of-service attacks).
• Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites or services that may be referenced or linked from ho777's platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, ho777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of ho777's services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ho777 account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ho777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be activated at any time from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• The account has been used in connection with money laundering, financial fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• The player is under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to ho777, other players, or third parties;
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion or regulatory restriction that prohibits their use of the platform.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, ho777 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where funds are ultimately determined to be legitimately held, they will be returned to the player minus any bonuses or winnings derived from fraudulent activity.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ho777 account should contact support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure, after satisfaction of all wagering requirements, will be paid out to the player's verified payment method.

In the event of a dispute between you and ho777 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ho777's services, the following dispute resolution process applies:

• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your dispute is not resolved through Step 1, you may escalate it to ho777's compliance department in writing, setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution you seek.

ho777 and the player agree that any formal legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
